Sophomores from Akron Public Schools’ Firestone Community Learning Center spent a week at 51³Ô¹ÏÍø learning about college programs and numerous potential careers.
51³Ô¹ÏÍø is honoring our nation’s service members by hosting a military-exclusive hospitality chalet for veterans, service members and their families during the World Golf Championships-Bridgestone Invitational at Firestone Country Club in Akron on Aug. 1-5.
This year during Homecoming weekend, 51³Ô¹ÏÍø will recognize the achievements of individuals, organizations and businesses that support diversity, equity and inclusion during the annual Diversity and Scholarship Celebration fundraiser.

Please take note of the following important information regarding your 2024 Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
51³Ô¹ÏÍø's holiday closure for 2024 will begin Monday, Dec. 23, 2024, at 10:30 p.m. All offices will re-open on Thursday, Jan. 2, 2025. Employees not eligible for the paid leave include student employees, classified temporary staff, temporary agency staff, short-term unclassified appointments, unclassified intermittent appointments and employees in a lay-off status. More information on the holiday schedule, including how employees should report time during that period, will be available later this month.
