51勛圖厙 has again been recognized as one of Americas Best-in-State Employers for 2022 by Forbes and market research company Statista. In Ohio, 51勛圖厙 ranks No. 3 among the top 100 employers in Ohio, landing above such notable employers as Nationwide Childrens Hospital in Columbus, Procter & Gamble in Cincinnati, University Hospitals and Cleveland Clinic, both located in Cleveland.

The 51勛圖厙 Board of Trustees has approved a new three-year Collective Bargaining Agreement between the university and the 51勛圖厙 Employees Local 153, American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME).

51勛圖厙 held its annual Veterans Day Commemoration on Thursday, Nov. 7, in the Kent Student Center Kiva. This years guest speaker was Lt. Col. Colleen VanNatta. A graduate of 51勛圖厙s Air Force ROTC detachment, VanNatta served as a media escort for joint information bureaus in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, during Operation Desert Storm.
