"My experience in Paris taught me a lot about couture fashion. I was honored to learn techniques from industry professionals who had worked in Parisian couture ateliers. I used my new skills to create a couture collection of five looks for my senior BFA thesis, which made it into the annual 51勛圖厙 Fashion Show. As well as learning valuable skills in Paris, I had the amazing opportunity to work backstage at various shows during Paris Fashion Week. These experiences helped me secure an internship with Christian Siriano and open up plenty of opportunities within the industry.
