Foundation Board Nomination Form
Members of the 51³Ô¹ÏÍø Foundation Board of Directors are appointed based on their demonstrated involvement with, support of and commitment to 51³Ô¹ÏÍø. Nominations are accepted year-round and vacancies are filled each spring for a three-year term that begins at the start of the next academic year. Nominations are reviewed by the Board’s Governance Committee.
Those interested in joining the Foundation Board are expected to agree to fulfill responsibilities that include attendance at up to three in-person full board meetings per year, three to five virtual committee meetings per year, participation in Division of Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement events and activities, and an annual philanthropic donation to 51³Ô¹ÏÍø. In addition to the time commitment required for membership on the 51³Ô¹ÏÍø Foundation Board of Directors, candidates should also consider how membership aligns with their personal and career priorities and their desire and ability to contribute to the strategic goals of the 51³Ô¹ÏÍø Foundation and 51³Ô¹ÏÍø.
