The Oct. 17 Farmers' Market at 51勛圖厙's Student Recreation and Wellness Center featured Executive Chef Stephen D. Walk preparing spaghetti squash. As 51勛圖厙's new executive chef, Walk oversees all dining and retail operations.

This is the second-to-last date for the 51勛圖厙 Farmers' Market this semester, with the final event scheduled to take place from 4-7 p.m. on Nov. 14, inside the Design Innovation Hub. A mushroom dish is planned for the cooking demonstration that day.
The 51勛圖厙 Farmers' Market resumes for the spring semester, beginning Feb. 20 and will continue to feature cooking demonstrations by 51勛圖厙 chefs.
